pro is a powerful monitoring software, it is not a virus or
spywere. Because it is running in
stealthy mode,
some antivirus/antispy programs list XPCSpy pro into the
blacklist. But you can set them to exclude XPCSpy pro out of the
blacklist. |

| Please
follow the steps to set your Norton Internet Security: |
| 1. Open
your Norton Internet Security, then select "Norton Internet
Security" tab and click "Settings" title. Please click
"Virus and Spyware Protection Options" Link to open the options
window. (Like Figure 1) |

Please click "Scan Exclusions" link on the "Virus and Spyware
Protection Options" window(Like Figure 2). Then click "New..."
buttons and input "c:\program files\xsoft" under "Wich disks, folders, or files to exclude
from risk scanning" title and "Which disks, folders,
or files to exclude from Auto-Protect scanning" title. |

Please click "Signature Exclusion" link on the "Virus and
Spyware Protection Options" window. Then click "New..." button,
it will pop up a list window, please select "Spyware.XpcSpy" and
click "Add" button to finish settings, you'll get the settings
result like Figure 3. |

| 4. At
last, please click "Ok" button on the bottom of the options
window to finish all settings. Now you can download XPCSpy pro
at http://www.x-pcsoft.com
and run it on your computer. |
